✵RARE CHANGE: Arms replaced by black void metal arms but flesh has grown back in in the middle of the arms and in all the gaps. Hands are optimised for surgical precision.

SPELLS
MAGIC DULLING (SIMPLE): Herbert has knowledge of an alchemical mixture (the components are available in chemical or natural ingredient forms) that creates an incense that when burned, makes magic (especially long range tracking spells, spirits and scrying) more difficult in that area, like a mosquito candle for magic.
STERILISATION (COMPLEX): A fairly dynamic and exact sterilisation spell that Herbert can use on a more broad scale like the cleaning aspect of Prestidigitation but also microscopically to sterilise his hands and surfaces for surgery. It won't work on anything fairly complex, which means no...swiping his hands over people and like. Erasing them?! With a lot of practise (and more points), he might get exact enough to be able to expand this into a general healing area of study via sterilising very specifically to remove foreign bodies but at the moment it's just. Super cleaning, the spell.
CAT TF (MIRACLE): As he was a cat before and it was an animal connected to his soul expression, Herbert very quickly learned to transform into the cat again after becoming a miracle.


PERSONALITY CHANGES
CAT STUFF: Herbert was affected by being a cat and now has a greater tendency to luxuriate and purrs when appropriate for a cat to do so. Everything else he does that is catlike he comes by naturally.


SPECIAL NOTES
SOUL COLOUR: Light neon green, like reagent
VOID TOUCHED: Your connection to Void has left a mark on your soul, and may be sensed by future NPCs or used a plot hook in the future. This will also give your character a slight magical propensity for spells involving concept related to the void, such as destruction, reduction, absence, and negative emotions.
MIRACLE BLESSED: While they will take a long time to master, your character will have access to potentially all aspects of the chosen Miracle's domain. This will not include any kind of unfortunate psychic connection (though those who already had that will keep it, if you want) and your character will be mentally and physical independent of the Miracle they are blessed with. Thus, the transformation can include aspects of the Miracle they have taken the power of, but it can also be more generally related to the concept, instead of having to be focused on Roses or Mirrors. Think of them as brand new, mini-Miracles!
Any who are not already immortal will become immortal, and their magic (especially when trained) will be able to compete with the average High Fae - though they'll have the advantage of having the full duality of an element, and thus no particular weaknesses. They will read as having Fae magic to other creatures, but not aligned to either Court, unless that is already part of their birthright.Housed within the Red Beast, the power of Growth and Decay represents the power of changing states and the gain and loss of power. This energy guides every life from its creation until its death, allowing it to shift in form and to eventually spark new life in what is left behind. At a base level it can hasten the growth or decline of life forms. At its most intricate, it governs all physical and spiritual change, for the better or for the worse.

PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: He honestly puts up with a lot of rude manhandling. He has killed people who do this repeatedly, though.

ROMANCE/FLIRTING: Sure! He may not notice. He probably won't notice.

SEXUAL CONTENT: Sure but 1. he's p gay, 2. he will literally never initiate

PSYCHIC ABILITIES: Yeah, he's got no mental blocks. His brain is a fast, racing place, high on adrenaline, leaping from conclusion to conclusion, highly scientific and impulsive.

MAGIC/POWERS: He hasn't got any? He won't believe you have any either.

MEDICAL INFORMATION: His veins are full of a dilute of his own experimental reanimation serum....

OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS OR TRIGGERS: ....so many. Death, corpses, gross gore things, drug addiction, experimentation, general 80s misogyny based on a male dominated field. Here is my opt-out post. PLEASE use it. On the flipside, he might be vaguely offended by being called mad if he cares what you think.
